Illinois mandates universal lead testing for any physical completed after June 30, 2026, for students age 6 and younger. For all student Physicals Universal testing is required for all preschool, kindergarten, and new students age 6 & younger, regardless of Zip Code if your child gets their physical for school after June 30th, 2026. If your child received their physical prior to June 30th, 2026, testing is only required if your child lived in a historic high-risk Zip Code at the time of the exam. The list of District 202 high risk zip codes include 60403, 60433, 60434, 60435, 60436, 60446, 60544, 60586, which include zip codes inside Creekside's boundaries.
